Meadow View Cottage- New, Peaceful, Trail to Beach

Sara & Davin have built a perfect getaway on MDI. The location is perfect - easy access to get off the island, go to the busier east side, or quieter west side of the island - depending on your preference. They provide local recommendations for hiking, restaurants, and things to do prior to your stay (many of which we did!). Their cottages are incredibly clean, thoughtfully put together, and on a quiet plot of land that allows you to relax after a busy day exploring Acadia and all it has to offer. An absolute perfect place for families with young children - I can't recommend them enough!

What a great place! The space was very well thought out and worked for a family of 5! It was very clean and quiet. It was a good location to easily get to Acadia and downtown Bar Harbour. Martha, that stays below was wonderful to meet and to hear about the history of the grounds. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We just enjoyed our third trip to Meadow View! It's cozy, clean, and well-appointed. Perfect for our family of four. It's a great value and an awesome location for exploring Acadia, Bar Harbor, and Mount Desert Island in general. We will definitely be back next year!

What a wonderful stay we had! Our cottage was so confortable for our Acadia getaway! We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, complementary coffee, and access to laundry!! The bed was also very comfortable! It is a perfect location, very close to the Park and Bar Harbor but also in a quiet area with a beautiful walking trail in the back to Hadley Point! Sara was a wonderful host. Would highly recommend these accommodations!

Our stay at Meadow View Cottage was comfortable, great location, everything we could have wanted or needed and easy ride to get to Acadia. We took a walk on the private trail and saw deer. It was a nice walk to Hadley beach.
